I was impressed with your site after members began sending me links to their cv's. Its great it cuts down on masses of time, e-mail attachments and virus threats. My question is will the link still take me to the correct CV in 6 months time?
Yes even better than that, as long as the person is still a member the link will take you directly to the very latest upload of their CV.

The personnel on your site cover a vast range of skills and many are extremely qualified, why would you let other companies use your personnel?
They are not our personnel, we are completely independent subsea consultants and we are free to offer any personnel work as is any company.

Your Charges are low how do you expect to make money or keep going?
We do not plan on making a profit from this service, only for it to pay for itself and maintain the site. Extra money is ploughed back in as benefit to all personnel as discounted training or other services to come. We will make our money from other consultancy services.

I searched for personnel to look for a small team but it came back with well over 1000 I need to narrow them down?
You can easily define your search now to the type of key personnel you require, job, qualification, location etc. Go To the search page.

If I use your site can I hire the personnel Direct?
Yes you can contact personnel from their contacts page easily and hire them direct if they agree to work for you. That is the idea.

Do the personnel work for you?
No. All personnel work for themselves. We may offer them work just as you may.

Do you personally recommend the personnel within the site?
Some of the best KEY personnel in the business are members within the site. We have personally worked with an estimated 25% of them. We can not though recommend personnel on an individual basis.

It is very useful to show certificates as you do. Are we allowed to print them out?
Yes of course if you need to. You may also view the latest uploaded version at any time.

Why do a few Personnel Cv's seem a bit bare in their history?
A percentage of Cv's are still due to be updated by those personnel who may be unavailable or offshore.

Can I make as many Personnel boxes as I want to sort personnel for possible jobs?
Yes you can make as many box's as you want and name them as you want.

Can I add Personnel to more than one box?
Yes you may, this does not take them out of the loop. They are available to any company to contact at any time even if they are in your box's.

What happens to Personnel CV's in my box's if they update their main CV?
The Personnel in your boxes are links to the main CV of that personnel. If they update their CV then all links to that CV in your box's are instantly updated.

Can I give our other personnel offices or offshore vessel superintendents around the world access to our Personnel Boxes and the personnel within them?
Yes that makes it easy for your world wide staff to find our members.

We are not a diving company but use divers. Can we hire a complete team through yourselves?
Yes we can put together a complete team qualified to your requirements from some of the best key personnel in the business.

I posted a vacancy on the site, I cant believe how quick the system works. I filled the vacancy from the replies very quickly. How do I thank those for applying that we could not use?
You have to e-mail them separately at the moment unfortunately. This is due to a problem due to be fixed though so personnel can be thanked and is on our list to fix so you can easily mail them all at once from your ADMIN page.

We often need to outsource personnel and now it is easier using your system but we would like a system like your site in house so we can find our own personnel as easy. How can we do this?
You need to talk to us regarding software development.

How did you get discount on training? Can our regular subsea personnel get your training discounts?
No only our full members get discounted training.
